If you ask me, I prefer a sit-down brunch to a buffet any day, because the food comes to your table in fine presentation, so it’s far more photogenic than my ad hoc plating at a banquet style brunch. Last weekend, we indulged in a lavish 1920s themed brunch that was reminiscent of old Hollywood glam, complete with modern music revived to the sound of the era. Exquisite Fresh Oysters, rich Burrata Cheese, tasteful Cold Cuts, Avocado Gazpacho and Wild Mushroom Tokayaki started us off on the right note. To follow, the mains were savory with a varied choice of meats that consisted of the Grilled Black Angus Ribeye, Homemade Chicken Wellington, Marinated Prawn & Mussels, and finally the Porcini Truffle Rissotto. It’s never too early in the week to book your Feather’s & Pearls Friday Brunch at Atelier M!
